PLEAS

State vs. Shadiamond Ashanti Collins – 12 months for the lesser included offense of obstruction of law enforcement misdemeanor. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 7/27/25 – 7/27/25.

State vs. Percy Smith Jr. – three years each ct. 1: possession methamphetamine, ct. 3: possession schedule I controlled substance.

Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.

Credit for time served from 3/4/26.

State vs. Kejuan Jaquavius Burney – six months for the offense of driving on suspended, canceled or revoked registration. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Keyontae Raynun Wynn – 12 months for the offense of obstruction of officer. Sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served 3/12/26 – 3/19/26.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Anthony Lee Dawley – defendant shall serve 90 days in a probation detention center following all rules and regulations of program. Credit for time served starts 5/14/26. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall remain on active probation supervision until further order of the court.

State vs. Timothy Nathan Barefoot – defendant shall enter and complete a 12-month inpatient treatment program at Next Step Recovery in Macon where he shall follow all rules and regulations of the program. He shall follow all aftercare recommendations. Upon successful completion he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered and shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until approved by the court. He shall be released from the jail into the custody of Next Step for direct transport.

State vs. Melanie Ann Clark – defendant is ordered to receive credit for time already served from 11/9/22 – 10/3/25.

State vs. Gregory Janeway – defendant adjudicated guilty and shall serve 90 days in the Jones County jail where he shall receive credit for time already served in custody.

Upon release, he shall return to regular probation and enter and complete the We are Living Proof inpatient substance abuse treatment program where he shall abide by all rules and regulation of the program followed by completion of any aftercare recommendations. This order supersedes the order from 4/16/26.

State vs. Joseph Lenn Bellflower – defendant shall enter and complete a 12-month treatment program at Next Step Recovery in Macon where he shall follow all rules and regulations of the program. He shall follow all aftercare recommendations. Upon successful completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered and shall not be placed on unsupervised probation until approved by the court. He shall be released from the jail to the custody of Next Step for direct transport.

State vs. Benjamin H. Boutwell – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in a probation detention center following all rules and regulations of program. Credit for time served starts 5/14/26. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision and re-enroll in and successfully complete the Matrix program. He shall remain on active supervision until further order of the court.

State vs. Richie Glover – defendant ordered to serve 180 days in a probation detention center, following all rules and regulations of program. Credit for time served starts 5/14/26. Upon release, the balance on probation shall be terminated. Sentence end date 8/18/27.

State vs. Heath Gregory Butler – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail receiving credit for time served since 4/20/26. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. He shall remain on active probation supervision until further order of the court.
