PLEAS
State vs. Trapper Lee Kitchens – 12 months for the offense of driving with wrong class license. Sentence to be served on probation. State vs. Stefan Lee Mander – three years for the offense of possession of methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.
Defendant to receive credit for time served from 8/25/22.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Robert Alan Watts – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Stephen Chad Curtis – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center, followed by any aftercare required by the program. Upon completion, defendant is ordered to remain on active supervision.
