Gray City Council members approved rate increases, a mutual aid agreement with Baldwin County, recognized fire fighters, hired a new public defender for City Court and officially named a new city superintendent at their December business meeting.
The Dec. 5 meeting was called to order by Mayor Ed Barbee.
All council members were in attendance with the exception of Councilman Benny Gray.
