State vs. Nathaniel Dallas Stevie Clark – six months for the offense of obstruction of an officer. Sentence to be served on probation. State vs. Gregory Lee Bass – 12 months for the offense of criminal trespass. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Gregory Lee Bass – 12 months for the offense of obstruction of officer. Sentence to be served on probation and concurrent with previous case.

State vs. Spring Walston Davis – 12 months for the offense of crossing guard line with alcoholic beverage. Sentence to be served on probation.

2: theft by taking misdemeanor. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years to be served on probation. Sentence includes $5,171 in restitution.

State vs. Walker Pink Kitchens – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Steve Gregory Wiggins Jr. – three years each ct. 1: possession cocaine, ct. 3: possession of methamphetamine, five years each ct. 6: theft by receiving stolen property felony, ct. 7: possession of firearm by convicted felon. Counts to run concurrently for the total of five years with the first year served in confinement and credit for time served from 9/12/22. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

1: possession schedule II controlled substance, two years ct. 2: possession schedule IV controlled substance. Counts to run consecutively for a total of five years with the first year served in confinement with credit for time served from 3/30/23. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Amber Nichole Stephens – one year ct. 1: fleeing or attempting to elude police officer felony, 12 months each ct. 2: reckless driving, ct. 4 failure to maintain lane, ct. 5: too fast for conditions and ct. 6: failure to report accident. Counts to run consecutively for a total of five years with the first year served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Stefan Lee Mander – 10 years ct. 1: burglary in first degree, five years ct. 2: theft by receiving stolen property. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first two years served in confinement. Credit for time served from 2/15/23.

The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Lavelle M. Brown – five years each ct. 1: possession marijuana with intent to distribute, ct.

2: possession schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute, ct. 3: possession of firearm during commission of felony. Count 3 to run consecutively with count 1, all other counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Tammy Seabrooks – three years for the offense of possession of firearm by convicted felon. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Thomas Camden Dobbs – 10 years for the offense of identity fraud. Sentence to be served on probation. Sentence includes restitution in the amount of $8,457.61.

State vs. Jeffery Scott Watkins – three years for the offense of possession methamphetamine.

Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Musaab Humayun – three years ct. 1: lesser included offense of possession schedule IV controlled substance, 10 years ct. 2: possession marijuana with intent to distribute, three years ct. 3: possession schedule II controlled substance. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years with the first 180 days served in confinement.

Credit for time served from 12/17/2022. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. State vs. Aaron Scott Keough – 10 years for the offense of possession firearm by convicted felon with the first year served in confinement. Credit for time served from 7/2/22. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Nikki Danielle Hammock – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time served. Upon release, defendant is ordered to enroll into and successfully complete the Matrix Group.

State vs. Douglas Shurley Jr. – defendant shall serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in custody from 2/25/23. Probationer shall abide by all the conditions of his probation as described in his original sentence with the exception of condition number one.

State vs. Matthew Bryant Leggett – defendant is revoked one year to state penal system. Upon release, defendant’s sentence shall terminate.

State vs. Willie Thomas Washington – defendant shall be ordered to the probation detention center for 90 – 120 days. Upon successful completion, defendant shall return to regular probation supervision.

State vs. Stefan Lee Mander – defendant’s balance shall be revoked to the state penal system and defendant shall be transferred to a transitional center upon release.

State vs. Jennifer Leigh Trainham – defendant is ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where she shall serve 120 days. She shall receive credit toward the PDC time from 4/20/23. Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision and remain on active supervision for the remainder of this case.

State vs. James Augustus Price – defendant is ordered to enter and complete the Penfield Addiction Ministries inpatient substance abuse treatment program and remain for a minimum of six months.

Upon completion, he shall remain on active probation supervision for one year. The defendant shall be ordered to enter into the program within seven days.

State vs. Annette Reginia Henry – defendant is ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until her entry into a state probation detention center where she shall serve 180 days. She shall receive credit towards her detention center time from 4/20/23.

Upon release, she shall return to regular probation supervision and remain on active supervision for two years.

State vs. Kelly Lynn Stark – defendant shall enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center and all aftercare required. Upon completion, the defendant shall return to active probation supervision.
