State vs. Latoshua Coach – three years each ct. 1: possession cocaine, ct. 2: possession methamphetamine and 12 months ct. 3: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Cortez Trevon Hunter – five years each cts. 1-3: theft by taking. Count two to run consecutively, all others concurrently for a total of 10 years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Cortez Trevon Hunter – 10 years for offense of theft by taking. Sentence to run concurrently with existing sentence for a total of 10 years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Jakya A. Newbill – seven years ct. 1: aggravated stalking, 12 months each ct. 2: obstruction of officer and ct. 3: simple battery family violence. Counts to run concurrently for a total of seven years with the first 180 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 1/28/23 to 5/4/23.
State vs. Neremiah Terrell Johnson – five years ct.
1: theft by taking, 12 months each ct. 2: fleeing or attempting to elude police officer and ct. 3: speeding. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years with the first 120 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to received credit for time served from 1/27/23.
State vs. Michael Adams Youngblood – 12 months each ct. 1: criminal trespass family violence, ct.
2: simple battery family violence. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive time in custody from 4/6/23.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Jason V. Lamb – defendant revoked 120 days to probation detention center where he shall abide by all rules and regulations of the facility. He shall remain in the Jones County jail until bed space is available.
State vs. William Bernard Mercer – defendant shall attend and successfully complete a 12-month inpatient drug rehabilitation program at Next Step Recovery Ministries. The program is within 1,000 feet of a church but the church has consented to his attendance in the program. All other orders shall stay in place. Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision upon completion.
State vs. Timothy Corbin Bartlett – defendant is ordered to serve 120 days in Jones County jail.
Upon completion, the defendant shall return to active probation supervision the remainder of case. End date 5/7/25.
State vs. Anthony James White – defendant is ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until his entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 120 days. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision.
State vs. Brooke Kirstie Montford – defendant is ordered to enter and successfully complete long-term inpatient treatment at River’s Edge Treatment Center, where she will remain for a 12-month minimum. The defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of said program and any recommended treatment. Upon completion, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into program.
State vs. Dayne Gary Billie – defendant shall serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. The defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon completion defendant shall return to regular probation supervision. The defendant is further ordered to attend outpatient substance abuse treatment approved by the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. The defendant will follow all recommended treatment.
State vs. Jeffrey Dean McCallie – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail. Credit for time served. Upon completion, defendant is ordered to return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered (three cases, same resolution).
State vs. Donnie Woodard – defendant shall enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center. The defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program.
