State vs. Cameren Dillion Freeman – 10 years ct. 1: possession marijuana with intent to distribute, 5 years ct. 2: possession firearm during commission of felony, 12 months ct. 3: obstruction of officer. Counts 1 & 2 to run consecutively but concurrently with count 3 for a total of 15 years.
Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Samuel Patterson – 12 months for the lesser included offense of reckless driving with the first five days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Warren Montgomery Marshall – three years for the offense of possession of schedule I controlled substance.
State vs. Denise Adrienne King – 12 months each ct. 1-3: lesser included offense of criminal trespass. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 36 months with the first 171 days to serve. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Credit for time served from 6/13/23.
State vs. Charles Xavier Powell – three years each ct. 1: possession schedule I controlled substance, ct. 2: possession cocaine. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 22 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Tonya Sherrie Williams – three years for the offense of possession of schedule IV controlled substance with the first 90 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 2/27/23.
State vs. Preston Scott Baggett Jr. – five years ct. 7: burglary in second degree, three years ct. 8: possession methamphetamine. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years with the first 90-120 days served in confinement in a probation detention center. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Detention center time starts 11/30/23.
State vs. Preston Scott Baggett Jr. – three years for the offense of VGCSA possession of schedule II non-narcotic controlled substance with the first 180 days served in a probation detention center and the remainder to be served on probation.
Detention center time starts 11/30/23.
Defendant is to receive credit for time served on monies paid since 6/17/21.
Sentence to run concurrently with any existing sentences.
State vs. Donald Blakley Burnham Jr. – 7 years ct. 1: aggravated assault family violence, 12 months each ct. 2: battery family violence cts. 3-4: cruelty to children in the third degree. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 7 years with the first 136 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Dale Ryan Alford – three years ct.
1: possession methamphetamine, 12 months each ct. 2: DUI less safe drugs, ct. 3: possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years with the first 24 hours served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Ray Edwards – 2 years for the offense of criminal attempt to commit a felony (entering automobile) with the first 24 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 11/7/23.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Henry Lee Sparrow – defendant to serve 180 days in the Jones County jail and return to original terms and condition of probation.
State vs. Omar Felton Young – defendant ordered to credit for time served in the Jones County jail since 10/31/23.
Upon release, defendant shall enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center. The defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of said probation, followed by any recommended treatment. All conditions now special.
State vs. Zaynah Latrelle James – defendant ordered to enter into an successfully complete inpatient substance abuse treatment program at the Macon Rescue Mission for a minimum of 12 months instead of the residential substance abuse treatment program as originally ordered 10/19/23. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the facility. Defendant shall be transported by the Jones County Sheriff’s Department.
State vs. Charles Xavier Powell – defendant shall be adjudicated guilty and resentenced to served three years on probation with credit for time already served on probation since 12/22/22.
Defendant shall serve 22 days in the Jones County jail with credit for times served since 11/9/23. Release at the discretion of the sheriff. All conditions now special.
State vs. Tonya Sherrie Williams – defendant shall be adjudicated guilty and resentenced to serve three years on probation, credit for time already served since 2/27/23. Defendant shall serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 10/19/23. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. The defendant shall complete a substance abuse evaluation within 30 days of her release and follow any recommended treatment evaluation. All conditions now special.
State vs. Preston Scott Baggett Jr. – defendant is adjudicated guilty and resentenced to five years on probation with credit for time served on probation.
Defendant is further ordered to serve 75-100 days in the probation detention center and shall remain in the Jones County jail until entry into the PDC. Defendant shall receive credit toward PDC time from 11/30/23. Upon completion, balance of probation shall be terminated (2 cases, same resolution).
State vs. Warren Montgomery Marshall – defendant adjudicated guilty and resentenced to three years in the state penal system with credit for time already served on probation and the conditional discharge sentence.
