State vs. Angel Lee Roberson – 10 years ct. 1: theft by receiving stolen property, three years ct. 2: possession of methamphetamine, five years ct. 3: possession firearm during commission of felony. Counts 1 and 3 to run consecutively but concurrently to count 2 for a total of 15 years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Travis O’Bryant Lattimore – 12 months each ct. 1: DUI, ct. 2: fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months with the first 31 days served in confinement.
The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Kelsi DeMorris Sinclair – 10 years ct. 1 burglary in first degree, 12 months ct. 2: obstruction of officer. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years to be served on probation.
State vs. Whitney Megan Crews – 2 years for the offense of possession of schedule I controlled substance. Sentence to be served on probation.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Christopher Rashard Harris – defendant ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where he shall serve 180 days. He shall receive credit toward detention center time from 12/14/23. All conditions now special (2 cases, same resolution).
State vs. Devin Bryce Newman – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served from 12/4/23.
Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the defendant shall return to active probation supervision and not be placed on unsupervised for 2 years. Defendant shall complete the Matrix group and follow all rules and regulations of group, followed by any recommended treatment.
State vs. Carolee Lachelle Kimbrough – defendant shall receive credit for time served in Jones County jail from 12/1/23. Upon release, defendant will return to active probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.

Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of the center, followed by any recommended treatment. State vs. William Edward Delong Jr. – defendant ordered to serve 60 days in Jones County jail. Credit for time served begins 11/10/23. Defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Defendant shall remain on active supervision and shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for 2 years. End date 5/22/27. All conditions now special.
State vs. Neva Ann Groves – defendant ordered to remain in Jones County jail until entry into a state probation detention center where she will serve 120 days. She shall receive credit toward detention center time from 12/14/23.
