State vs. Harold Wesley Tukes – 12 months each ct. 1: removal of plate to conceal or misrepresent identity, ct. 2: driving without a license, 10 years ct. 3: lesser included offense of theft by receiving stolen property felony. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 10 years. Sentence to be served on probation, credit for time served and monies paid since 2/26/19.
State vs. Ronald Trayvon Willis – five years for the offense of theft by taking felony.
Defendant is to receive credit for time served from 12/12/23. Sentence may be served on probation.

State vs. Dawson Michael Wells – balance of probation revoked to the Jones County jail. State vs. Harold Wesley Tukes – defendant is adjudicated guilty and ordered to enter and successfully complete a 12-month inpatient substance abuse program and all aftercare. Defendant shall remain in the Jones County jail until entrance into the program. Upon completion, defendant will return to active probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
