Counts to run concurrently for a total of 12 months to be served on probation.
State vs. Mitchell G. Doster – 12 months for the offense of expired tag. Sentence to be served on probation. To run concurrently with any sentences.
State vs. Jarvis Maurice Steele – 12 months for the offense of driving while license suspended. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Marcus Antonio Davis – 150 days for the offense of violating family violence order. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 10/16/23.

State vs. James Paul Copeland – defendant is ordered to serve 60 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in the Jones County jail from 3/4/24. Defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years. End date: 4/21/32. Upon release, defendant is to return to probation as originally ordered. All conditions now special.
