PLEAS
State vs. Terry Eugene Ross – 12 months for the offense of fleeing or attempting to elude police officer with the first 30 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Rebecca Danielle Register – 10 years for the offense of possession marijuana with intent to distribute. Sentence to be served on probation. Defendant shall receive credit for time served and monies paid while on probation since 11/5/2020.
State vs. Tony Demarcus Chatfield Jr. – 60 days each ct. 1: failure to maintain lane, ct. 2: driving without license, ct. 3: obstruction of officer. Counts to run concurrently for a total of 60 days.
State vs. Antonio Lee Neal – 12 months each cts. 1-2: lesser included offense of pointing a pistol. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Marituben N. Patel – 12 months for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Nishilkumar Patel – 12 months for the offense of possession marijuana less than ounce. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Edward Eugene Brown – defendant ordered to serve 100 days in the Jones County jail, receiving credit for time served.
He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision. All conditions now special.
State vs. Travis Fletcher – defendant ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 4/9/24. Upon release, the defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision the remainder of his probation supervision. End date 5/21/26. All conditions now special.
State vs. Jacinto Lamarcus Todd – balance of this case revoked to confinement in the Jones County jail. The defendant is to be released at the discretion of the sheriff. If released prior to the end date, the case shall terminate. All conditions now special.
State vs. Quentez Aries Harvey – defendant ordered to complete the Macon Daily Reporting Center program to include any aftercare required by the program. He shall abide by all rules of the program. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions now special.
State vs. Rebecca Danielle Register – defendant adjudicated guilty and ordered to serve 10 years on probation with credit for time served on probation and credit for all monies paid since 11/5/20. Upon release, the defendant shall not be placed on unsupervised supervision for two years.
