State vs. Terrell Eugene Mills – life with the possibility of parole cts. 1, 9-14: armed robbery. Counts to run concurrently for a total sentence of life with the possibility of parole. Defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody from 1/27/23.
State vs. Donnie White – 20 years each cts.
15 – 18: aggravated assault, 10 years ct. 19: aggravated assault. Counts 15 & 16 to run concurrently and the remaining counts consecutively for a total of 50 years with the first 15 years to serve in confinement.
The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served in custody from 5/5/23.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Christian Giovanni Rivero – defendant shall enter into and successfully complete the Macon Day Reporting Center. The defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of program followed by aftercare. Upon completion, defendant shall return to active probation supervision as previously ordered for one year. The defendant shall be given credit for time served in the Jones County jail. End date 2/21/38. All conditions now special.
State vs. Desi Anvio Franks – defendant shall be ordered to credit for time served in Jones County jail since 9/15/22. Upon release, defendant shall remain on active probation supervision until his case expires 10/25/25. All conditions now special.
