State vs. Antwan Denard Johnson – 10 years cts. 1-2: burglary, five years ct. 3: theft by taking, 10 years ct. 4: possession marijuana with intent to distribute, five years ct. 5: crossing guard lines with drugs, three years ct. 6: VGCSA. Counts 1-2 to run consecutively, all other counts concurrently for a total of 20 years. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. William Michael Jarmusik – defendant ordered to serve 100 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served since 2/9/25. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the balance of probation shall be terminated.
Sentence end date 4/12/2031.
State vs. Felicia Ann Mercer – defendant is revoked 180 days to a probation detention center. Time toward PDC time shall begin on date of entry to center. Defendant shall follow all rules and regulations of the center. Upon release, she shall return to active probation supervision.
