Ross, Blue Raiders win third in a row
Middle Tennessee State closed its season on a three-game winning streak with Saturday’s 33-28 win against Florida International. JCHS product Teldrick Ross played a substantial role in the win, having three tackles and a pass breakup.
As the regular season ends, Ross is second on the team in tackles with 74 and leads the team with 18 pass breakups. The Blue Raiders with a record of 7-5 now await their bowl destination.
Jontavis Robertson and the Duke Blue Devils closed out the regular season with a thrilling 34-31 win against Wake Forest. Duke’s 8-4 record also includes five ACC wins, its most since 2014. The Blue Devils will officially learn their bowl destination on Sunday.
