Registration is now open for the JCHS summer tennis camp for May 29-30 at the JCHS tennis courts from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., it is open to grades 3-12 for $50 per person.
Participants should bring water and a tennis racquet. Sign ups are open through May 20 on GoFan.
Youth football to remain local this fall; volunteers sought Volunteers are needed for the Jones County Youth Football program, which will now contest its upcoming season in Jones County. This fall will consist of JR Hounds football, girls flag football and cheerleading. Football will be open to ages 5-12 with girls flag football for ages 7-14 and ages 5-14 for cheerleading.
