Youth soccer players flock to the pitch for annual camp
Whether it was fundamental basics or other advanced points of the game of soccer, it was all part of the fun in store last week at Greyhound Field as the Greyhounds and Lady Greyhounds soccer programs played host to their annual youth soccer camp. Campers were broken up into multiple groups based on their age with boys and girls as young as age five either learning the beginning basics of the sport with others getting tips from JCHS coaches in addition to Greyhounds and Lady Greyhounds players in areas such as shooting, passing or kicking the ball.
