Ragins presented with jersey for All-American Bowl

The threads made it official last week for Zion Ragins. The speedy Greyhounds receiver and two-time state track champion in the 100-meter run and once in the 200 meters was officially honored last week as an All American with the presentation of his jersey for the 24th Annual All-American Bowl.

Ragins leads Greyhounds’ All-Region selections as Offensive Player Of Year

A further measure of the Greyhounds’ success on the football field was shown with last week’s all-region selections. Jones County concluded its season with a record of 8-4. Two of those losses came to teams that will play for a state championship next week – Coffee and Perry.
