The Pilot Club of Jones County was represented by six members who attended the Pilot International Georgia District Convention, April 1-3, at Callaway Resort & Gardens. Those attending were: Cindy Jones, Esther Foster, Beth Coon, Fay Mathews, Kathy Jackson, and Martha Ann Altman. During the District Pilot Awards Luncheon, The Pilot Club of Jones County was awarded 1st Place in the East Central Region for the club’s monthly newsletter, “The Beacon”. The club’s newsletter also placed 3rd in the Georgia District Newsletter Pilot Awards.
