State vs. William Edward Delong Jr. – five years for the offense of theft by receiving stolen property with the first 180 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION REVOCATIONS
State vs. William Edward Delong Jr. – 180 days in the Jones County jail, to be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, defendant is ordered to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Krystal Nicole Widgeon – defendant revoked to the state prison system for one year. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 6/23/21.
State vs. Tiffany Monique Beasley – defendant is ordered to time already served in the Jones County jail. Upon release, she shall be ordered to enter and complete the Macon Daily Reporting Center Program. She shall abide by all rules of the program and complete any aftercare required by the program. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Derrick Allen Holmes – defendant is ordered to 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served. Return to active probation upon release.
State vs. Kendall Ulyssess Jordan – defendant is ordered to Middle Georgia Rescue for 12 months. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of the program. Upon completion, the defendant is ordered to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Joseph Derek Ross Dudley – defendant is ordered to enter into and successfully complete the Macon Rescue Mission for a period of 12 months. Defendant shall abide by all rules and regulations of said program.
Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
Defendant shall be giving credit for time served.
State vs. Tramelle Leon Henderson – defendant ordered to the probation detention center for a period of 180 days. Defendant must abide by all rules and regulations of the program.
Defendant shall return to regular probation supervision upon successful completion of the program. Defendant must complete all aftercare as directed.
State vs. Rebecca Danielle Register – defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail, credit for time already served. The defendant shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, the defendant shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered.
State vs. Atraea Shevonne Glover – defendant is ordered to 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served and released at the discretion of the sheriff. Defendant is to follow all her previously agreed upon as special conditions of probation.
State vs. Tracy Lee McMurray – defendant will serve 90 days in jail with credit for time served, released at the discretion of the sheriff. Defendant will also receive a substance abuse evaluation and receive any recommended treatment.
State vs. Felicia Mercer – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff.
Upon release, she shall be ordered to enter and complete the Macon Daily Reporting Center Program. She shall abide by all rules of the program and complete any aftercare required by the program. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Daisy M. Bivins – defendant to serve 31 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served. All fines and fees owed by the defendant are waived and no longer ordered for the defendant to pay.
