PLEAS

State vs. Rodney Dewayne King – five years ct. 1: possession of firearm by convicted felon, one year ct .2: obstruction of officer. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years with the first 180 days served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Charles Fredrick Willis – 12 months cts. 1-2: lesser included offense of reckless conduct. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation.

State vs. Arsenio Duwayne Tucker – 25 years for the offense of trafficking methamphetamine or amphetamine with the first 10 years to serve. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation. Defendant to receive credit for time served from 8/13/21 - 2/25/22.

PROBATION MODIFICATIONS

State vs. Christy Nicole Bennett – defendant is ordered to time already served in the Jones County jail. She shall be released to return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. She shall attend and complete the Matrix Substance Abuse Program with the Georgia Department of Community Service.

State vs. Robin Lynn Fincher – defendant is ordered to enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center to include any aftercare required by the program. Upon completion, she shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. She shall remain on active supervision for a least two years from 5/26/22. (two cases, same resolution).

TRIAL VERDICT MAY 24

State vs. Jeremy Ross Gunnells – five years for the offense of interference with government property. Defendant to receive credit for time served as determined by the custodian.
