A Macon man entered a guilty plea to theft and drug charges in Jones County Superior Court and received a total sentence of three years probation.Christopher Jermaine McDonald was in court July 11 and entered his plea to the three charges against him.

Deputies see drug sale; dealer suspect arrested

A Macon man was arrested and faces charges of possession with intent to distribute after being observed taking part in a drug transaction.Devondrae Marquez Harper, 34, was arrested July 18 after failing to comply with a traffic stop and for having illegal drugs in his vehicle.
