Central Baptist hosts yard sale for Jones Countians in need

Central Baptist Church in Gray is having a yard sale Saturday, July 15, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for people in Jones County who are in need, providing various items to those in the community who are struggling to afford essentials they need in their home. The church is located at 3201 Graham Rd.

Truck driver safely extricated from wrecked rig

GFD safety blitz educates those living in apartments

Six volunteer members of the City of Gray Fire Department conducted a Fire Safety Blitz at Water Tower Apartments Saturday morning. These proactive efforts included going door-to-door to all 76 apartments to speak to residents about elements of fire safety and their role in preventing fires.
