State vs. Brenda Gail Steiger – 12 months for the offense of criminal trespass. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Phillip Eric Mulling – defendant ordered to enter into and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center, followed by aftercare. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation as previously ordered.
State vs. Matthew Clayfighter Clay – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in the Jones County jail. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation as previously ordered. Credit for time served in Jones County.
State vs. Joshua Richard Blankenship – defendant’s balance revoked to Jones County jail.
State vs. Billy A. West – defendant ordered to time already served in Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision as originally ordered.
State vs. Gregory Lloyd Madden – defendant ordered to serve 30 days in Jones County jail. Upon release, defendant is to return to regular probation as previously ordered.
State vs. Steven Eugene Dawley - defendant ordered to enter and complete the Macon Day Reporting Center, followed by aftercare required by the program. Upon completion, defendant shall return to regular probation as previously ordered. He shall remain on active supervision for the remainder of probation case.
