PLEAS
State vs. Darius Remmon Fisher – three years ct. 1: possession schedule I controlled substance and 12 months each ct. 2: possession marijuana less than ounce, ct. 3: driving while license suspended. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Danny Earl Stillwell – 12 months ct. 1: reckless conduct, three years ct. 2: possession schedule IV controlled substance, 12 months ct. 3: possession marijuana less than ounce. Counts to run concurrently for a total of three years. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Daisy Mae Bivins – 12 months ct. 1: simple battery family violence and ct. 2: theft by taking. Counts to run concurrently for at total of 12 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Benjamin James McLemore – 20 years for the lesser included offense of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine with the first 15 years to be served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Ieshia Lacyia Dillard – 12 months for the offense of affray. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Joi McNeill – 12 months ct. 1: simple battery and ct. 2: lesser included offense of misdemeanor terroristic threats. Counts to run consecutively for a total of 24 months. Sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Michael Antoine Cornelius – five years ct. 1: burglary in second degree, two years ct. 2: criminal attempt to commit a felony. Counts to run concurrently for a total of five years with the first year served in confinement. The remainder of sentence to be served on probation.
State vs. Harley Michelle Knight – 12 months for the lesser included offense of reckless driving. Sentence to be served on probation.
PROBATION MODIFICATIONS
State vs. Brad Arlie Scarborough – defendant is ordered to enter and complete the Dublin Day Reporting Center program and any aftercare required by the program. Upon completion, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. He shall remain on active supervision for the remainder of this case.
State vs. Michael David Smith – defendant is ordered to serve 12 months in the Jones County jail with credit for time already served in jail. He shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered and remain of active probation supervision for two years.
State vs. Nicholas Christian Westmoreland – defendant is ordered to remain in the Jones County jail until entry into a state residential substance abuse treatment facility. He shall complete the RSAT program to include any aftercare required by the program. However, the RSAT condition may be suspended upon his entry and completion of a THOR approved inpatient treatment program for a minimum of six months. He shall be allowed 30 days to enter into the approved program. If he does not enter an approved program within 30 days, the RSAT condition shall be enforced. Upon release, he shall return to regular probation supervision as previously ordered. All conditions are now special (two cases, same resolution).
State vs. Atraea Shevonne Glover – defendant is ordered to serve 90 days in the Jones County jail with credit for time served in jail. She shall be released at the discretion of the sheriff. Upon release, she shall return to regular supervision as previously ordered. She is further ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation and attend and complete any recommended treatment.
