Correction:

It was reported in the Sept. 8 open records section that Michael Todd Williams was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with DUI less safe alcohol. That report was incorrect; Williams was not charged with DUI and should not have been listed on the report. The JCSO confirmed Williams was released from custody following test results and was not charged. The News apologizes for the error.
