It was reported in the Sept. 8 open records section that Michael Todd Willis was arrested 8/28/22 and charged with DUI less safe alcohol.
That report was incorrect; Willis was not charged with DUI and should not have been listed on the report. The JCSO confirmed Willis was released from custody following test results and was not charged. The News apologizes for the error....
