Brenda Joyce Coleman, Gray, GA, 84 went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026. Graveside services were held Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2026, at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery, Mercer University Dr., Macon, GA at 2:00 p.m. with a visitation for family and friends one hour prior to the service. The Rev. Chet Cooper officiated.
Joyce was born on Dec. 30, 1941, to the late Hanson and Grace Smith.
She was preceded in death also by her husband of forty-five years, Herman David Coleman and her daughter, Cindy Coleman. She was retired from Keebler Company with over thirty-five years of service. Joyce was a devoted member of Cross Roads Bible Church in Fort Valley, Georgia.
She is survived by her daughters, Lorie (Donnie) Tarpley of Macon, Shelly (Dan) Greene of Gray; grandson, Ryan (Holli) Tarpley of Macon; granddaughters, Laina (Zack) Minton of Perry, Haleigh (Kevin) Byrd of Gray, Taylor (Sam Taylor) Greene of Phenix City, AL; great-grandchildren, Finley Ann, Millie, Tuck Tarpley of Macon, Bentley Tarpley, Beau Minton of Perry, Griffin, Blake Byrd of Gray; sister, Barbara (Don) Leslie of Gray; brothers, Jerry (Denise) Smith of Centerville, Indiana, Mike (Linda) Smith of Macon; and several nieces and nephews.
