George Berry Moore, 75, of Rock Creek Drive, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022, at a local hospital. Services were held at 10:00am, Thursday, July 28, 2022, graveside at Cedar Ridge Cemetery in Gray.
Mr. Moore was born December 14, 1946 and had lived in Jones County for the past thirty-three years. He was the son of the late Henry Comer Moore and Sally Moore. Mr. Moore was a retired packer operator for Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corporation; however, his passion was doing paint and body work on cars. He loved to read and was a regular at the Huddle House and the Waffle House in Gray. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his wife: Dianne Moore and a brother: Howell Moore.
Mr. Moore is survived by his sons: Berry Moore and Cory Moore.
