John was a history buff, so he taught his history lessons to his family whether they wanted to know or not. In addition to history lessons, he also taught biblical history lessons as well. John’s legacy to his children and grandchildren will be one of compassion, as a loving and patient man filled with faith and devotion.

His empathetic, caring, kindhearted spirit will always be remembered by those who were closest to him.

Simple in heart, a baby’s laugh made him laugh.

John said to his family, “I will carry our love to eternity.”
