Mary “Christiana” Freeman passed away Sunday morning, August 18, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date for family and friends. Christy was born on August 21, 1953, to the late William Coleman Massey and Saveria Romani Massey in Macon, Georgia. She is also preceded in death by her brother; David Massey, sisters; Brenda Massey and Peaches Massey.
Christy was a graduate of Mt. de Sales Academy and attended Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Her memory will forever be cherished by her children as a loving and attentive mother. Her work hard working ethics will be a legacy to her children.
Christy loved to garden and all were welcome at her table for her home cooked meals. She loved her animals Izzy and Mickey.
Christy is survived by her children; Jonie Lane Bolton and her children, Ciara Clover, Coleman Lane Roberts and Christopher Gage Toole, son; Marcus (Dawn) Freeman and their daughter; Alexis Daye Freeman, sisters; Juanita Bryant and Lisa Knight.
