It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rick Mora, a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather, who left this world on November 5, 2023, in Gray, Georgia. Rick was born on November 29, 1962, in Arizona, and his departure has left a void in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Rick’s life was a testament to his unwavering faith and trust in God. He lived each day guided by his profound belief in the Almighty and found solace and strength in serving the Lord. His love for God was mirrored in his love for his family, and he dedicated himself to both with all his heart.

As a co-pastor of Sardis Church and a dedicated member of Sonrise Ministries, Rick’s life was defined by his commitment to his faith and the people he served. He found immense joy in spreading the teachings of Jesus Christ and touching the lives of those around him.
