Jan. 11, 2024 Vashti Maxwell Carr, 87, passed away peacefully at her home in Gray, Georgia on January 11, 2024, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Born in Macon, Georgia in 1936, she grew up in Danville and graduated from Miller High School in Macon.
