Lorena “Jean” Donahoo Glover, 79, of Gray, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022. Funeral services were held Friday, June 17, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Elam Baptist Church with the Reverend Jimmy Corbitt officiating. The family greeted friends one hour prior to the service.

Wanda Lerma Stern, 62, of Cheehaw Drive, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at a local hospital. Services will be private. Mrs. Stern was born July 17, 1959, in Ventura, California and has lived in Jones County for the past thirty-one years.

Mitchell “Mitch” Otis Hinson, 69, of Macon, passed away Friday, June 10, 2022. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Greenwood Baptist Church with the Reverends Kim Washburn and Ronnie Griffin officiating. Burial was at Middle Georgia Memory Gardens.

Mr. Robert Conrad Reece, age 48, of Flowery Branch passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022, at Emory University, surrounded by his family. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m.

Wanda LaNell Phillips

Wanda LaNell Phillips, 82, of Jones County, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022, following a lengthy illness at the home of her loving daughter. A celebration of life will be held in her hometown of Phenix City, Alabama at a later date.

Andrea Elaine Nine, 41, of Gary Road, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at her residence. Services will be announced at a later date by the family. Ms. Nine was born November 29, 1980, in Macon and had lived in Jones County for the past seventeen years.

Charles E. White, Jones County, GA, 84, passed away peacefully on Monday, Memorial Day, May 30, 2022, at his residence with his loving family by his side. Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home in Perry. Visitation was held at 2:00 p.m.

Ms. Mamie Mathis, daughter of the late Mr. Cecil Farley, Sr. and the late Ethel Williams Wright was born March 30, 1932, in Eatonton, Georgia. Having lived a happy and joyful life, she transitioned from her earthly home to her eternal home on May 22, 2022.
