A season of excitement and growth in basketball was celebrated during Saturday’s Jones County Youth Recreational Basketball Championship festivities at the Government Center Gymnasium. The day, which began with remarks from Chuck Gibson, most recently superintendent of schools for the Jones County School System, kicked off a full day championship basketball across seven divisions.
