James, SGTC moving on to nationals
Camryn James and the South Georgia Tech Lady Jets are moving on to the NJCAA Tournament following Saturday’s 99-57 win against Spartanburg Methodist. With the win, SGTC, seeded first, moves on to the national tournament, where it will face either Barton or Moberly Area on March 23.
Destin Howard got a midweek for Georgia last week in a triumph over Georgia State. Howard gave up two runs and two hits over two innings, walking one in a 7-2 win. The Lady Bulldogs (18-5) began SEC play last weekend by taking two of three against Auburn and travel to Texas A&M this weekend.
