CONTRIBUTED PHOTOS The 2023 Fields of Faith event held on Greyhound Field sponsored by the Fellowship of Christian Athletes attracted 1,300 people, gave out 120 Bibles and had over 100 respond during the closing invitation. The Nov. 8 event included three Jones County High School student speakers: Bo Hunter, Josie Taylor and Isaiah Dennis with Emily Patat leading in prayer. They were followed by JCHS graduate Anna King and keynote speaker Justin Brown. Courtney Beaver, one of the event coordinators, said the next Fields of Faith event is already being planned for November of 2024. “We are excited to see our FCA Huddles and churches grow after getting such an awesome response from the community,” she said.
